These are the lowest-cost plan and top-up combinations for the example minutes with one receptionist. More receptionists or other plan features may change which plan suits you. Your actual call lengths will vary.
Your plan minutes are used first. If you need more, buy a minute pack from your dashboard. Packs come in 100, 500, 1,000 and 2,500 minutes; unused purchased minutes roll over. Their price depends on your plan and country. Buying annually does not discount top-ups.
One number is included with each paid plan. Each extra local number costs US$5 a month; each extra toll-free number costs US$10 a month. Toll-free numbers are available on Standard and above, with separate usage charges.

You can publish your Infercall number directly, or forward your existing business number to it. Your current phone provider may charge for forwarded calls. Check your provider's terms before you switch forwarding on.
If you run out of both included minutes and available call credit, calls stop until you top up or your plan renews.

Price matters. So does what happens when someone calls.
You want routine questions answered, enquiries qualified and appointments booked while you work. Set up your business information and supported calendar, then test the enquiries you expect before connecting business calls.
You want a person to handle the conversation, especially when callers need judgement beyond your usual instructions. Ask what the quoted plan includes: taking a message, answering questions, transferring calls and making bookings are different levels of service.
You also need someone to welcome visitors, handle office tasks and work directly with your team. That is a broader role than answering the phone.
Compare the same workload and the same responsibilities—not one service's starting price against another service's full monthly bill.
United States plans start at US$5 · USD per month with 50 included minutes. Standard is US$49 · USD per month with 500 included minutes. Each plan includes one phone number. Extra numbers and minute top-ups are billed separately.
With monthly billing in the United States, Standard is US$49 with 500 included minutes and one phone number. No minute top-up is needed for this example. Extra numbers, toll-free usage and any charges from your existing phone provider are separate.
No. You can buy minute packs on Starter, Standard or Business. Compare the total of your subscription and the packs you need with the next plan up. An upgrade can make sense for a different allowance or more receptionists, but it is not automatically the cheapest answer.
No. Annual billing changes the subscription payment, not the regional top-up rate for your plan.

No contract. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you want. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the end of your billing period. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Start with your business website, then review your receptionist's services, hours, prices and policies. You can hear how it handles your enquiries before choosing a plan. Business calls require a paid plan and the phone-number checks for your country.
Infercall is an AI receptionist, not a staffed answering service. Hear the available voices and try your business's questions before choosing a plan.
Infercall answers incoming questions, qualifies enquiries and books appointments using your business information and supported calendars. A human receptionist can also handle work that needs a member of your team, in person or on the phone. Choose around the work you need covered and your actual call volume.
Listen to an example, then start with your own website and try the questions your customers would ask. Choose a plan when you're ready to handle business calls.
